Also known as the Aspen Snowmass Room, the Altitude Training room offers an array of cardio equipment that enables you to get the benefits of a 1 hour workout in just 15 minutes.

The glass encased studio simulates an altitude of 3,500m above sea level to expose the body to reduced oxygen, increasing aerobic capacity and improved endurance.
